Judy Wright

Junie Wright of Franklin, Nebraska was born June 20, 1940, in Bakersfield, Oregon, to Everett and Ida (Grube) Marcum. She died Sunday, September 23, 2018, at Franklin Care and Rehabilitation Center, Franklin, Nebraska, at the age of 78.

Later, she and her family moved to Castor Ville, California. In 1948, the family moved to Franklin, Nebraska.

Junie was united in marriage to Bobby Wright on September 20, 1974, in Grand Island, Nebraska. They lived in Grand Island, and later moved to Franklin. Bobby passed away in September of 1981. Junie mowed lawns and worked at the Franklin Senior Center.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband – Bobby; and sister – Verla Yancy.

Junie is survived by her brothers – Jerry and wife, Esther Marcum, and Larry Marcum all of Franklin, Nebraska; nephew – Kevin and wife, Denise Marcum and their son, Cody, of Lebanon, Kansas.

Services of Junie Wright will be at a later date. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Franklin, Nebraska. Hutchins Funeral Home, Franklin, Nebraska, was in charge of arrangements.
