Kristal Jameson

Kristal Kay (Kegley) Jameson died and entered into eternal rest with
her Creator and Redeemer on
Tuesday, March 06, 2007 at her apartment in Golden Age Village in
Franklin, Nebraska after a
prolonged illness.
Kristal was born on July 9, 1963 to Merle Kegley and Hazel G. (White)
Kegley at Good Samaritan
Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska. After her mother, Hazel remarried,
Kristal, age TWELVE, and all
of her siblings were adopted by James M. Jameson. Kristal was baptized
at Holy Cross Lutheran
Church in Kearney, Nebraska, with Karen and Raymond Axtell as her sponsors.
She attended Kindergarten at Zion Lutheran School in Kearney, Nebraska,
elementary school at
Upland Public School in Upland, Nebraska, and Minden High School in
Minden, Nebraska.
On February 21, 1981, Kristal was united in marriage with Bryan Fergus
in a double wedding
ceremony with her sister Danita at the Upland United Methodist Church.
This union was blessed
with one daughter, EDana. After this marriage ended in divorce, Kristal
was blessed by the birth of
a son, Lucas Hill.
After High School, Kristal made her home in Fairfield, Hildreth,
Hastings, Bloomington and
Franklin, Nebraska. For several years she has been an active member of
the Bloomington
Community Club. Kristal loved the outdoors, Riding Harley Davidson
Motorcycles, fishing, and
received the Master Angler. The real passions in her life were her
mother, children, grandchildren,
nieces, and nephews.
Kristal is preceded in death by her father, James M. Jameson and one
brother, John Kegley.
She leaves to treasure her memory her mother, Hazel Jameson of Esbon,
Kansas; two children,
EDana Fergus of Hastings, Nebraska, and Lucas Hill of Funk, Nebraska;
four grandchildren, Basil
Fergus of Hastings, Nebraska, Americ Hill, Noah Hill, and Elijah Hill,
all of Funk, Nebraska; six
brothers, Terry Jameson, Sr. and wife Karla of Bladen, Nebraska, James
??Jimmy?? J. Jameson and
wife Julie of Minden, Nebraska, Randy Joe Jameson and wife Shellie of
Blue Hill, Nebraska, Danial
Jameson and wife JoAnna of Riverton, Nebraska, Leon Jameson of
Tecumseh, Nebraska, and Tom
Jameson and wife Kathy of Naponee, Nebraska; two sisters, Connie Monuze
and husband Pete of
Laughlin, Nevada, and Danita Johansen of Kearney, Nebraska; a host of
nieces, nephews, other
relatives and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and
loved her.
Memorials are suggested to the family.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 9, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at
the Hutchins Funeral Chapel
in Franklin, Nebraska with Pastor Neil Kloppenborg officiating. Burial
will be in Greenwood
Cemetery in Franklin, Nebraska. Hutchins Funeral Home of Franklin,
Nebraska is in charge of
arrangements.
