Randy Paugh, joined the staff of Hutchins Funeral Home in 2019. Randy is a native of Maryland, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia and a Mortuary Arts degree from KCKCC, Kansas City.
Randy joined the staff of Tibbetts Bros., Inc., in 1989, at Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home in Belleville, Kanas. He holds both funeral director and embalmer licenses in Kansas and Nebraska.
Jerrell was a Health Care Administrator for 40 years. He earned his Master's degree from the University of Minnesota. Jerrell also has been an EMS instructor, Adjunct Faculty for Bellevue University and Central Community College. He is also a firefighter, ambulance attendant and entrepreneur. After assisting several funeral homes in his career, Jerrell joined the staff of Hutchins Funeral Home in 2011 as a Funeral Assistant. He also works as an RCA for the US Postal Service, since 2011. He is a certified Lay Speaker, and continues to serve as a relief Pastor for areas churches, and has since 2000.
Jerrell and his wife, Charline, moved to Franklin in 1989. Jerrell is a father of three children, a grandfather of seven, three of which are married, and he is looking forward to having great grandchildren.
Bill has been with Hutchins funeral home for several years now. His duties include working in the office, assisting with services, and assisting the Director in caring for the deceased. He is the Pastor of the Franklin Evangelical Free Church. He is married to Natasha and they have three grown sons and four grandchildren.
